Full Registration of euros 550,00 and Reduced Registration for PhD students of euros 350,00 includes:
- Course tuition;
- Course materials and proceedings (hard copy and on CD);
- Coffee breaks and working lunches;
- Bed & Breakfast accommodations (6 nights in double room).
Partial Registration of euros 340.00 and Reduced Partial Registration of euros 150,00, not including Bed & Breakfast accommodations, will be offered to participants choosing to make their own housing arrangements.
For eligible candidates , the Gaslini Grant will cover Full Registration expenses.
Participants from European Union and other developed countries will be expected to cover their registration fees with their own means.
N.B.: In no case will travel expenses be covered or refunded!
Documentation
The following supporting documents are required:
- a completed and signed registration form
- a short curriculum vitae
In addition, applicants for a Gaslini Grant are reminded to submit:
- 2 photos and a copy of valid passport
- a certified copy of the university medical degree, and any additional pertinent certification at the applicant's discretion
- a letter of motivation clearly stating the interests and reasons for applying to the course (one page maximum)
- two letters of reference, one preferably from the applicant’s current employer or director, clearly stating the applicant’s current position and his/her future commitment to apply in practical settings the skills and notions learned.
All candidates will be notified of their application status immediately following the registration deadline of the course. Further instructions and information on training and practical arrangements (as well as payment instructions for full and partial paying registrants) will subsequently be provided to successful candidates.
