The International School of Paediatric Sciences of the Scientific Institute and Children Hospital G.Gaslini, Genoa, Italy was established in 1984 by then Scientific Director Paolo Durand, as a permanent centre for the training and continuing education of researchers, clinicians and practitioners active in the different areas of paediatric specialties. SISP is an independent non-profit institution which organizes courses, congresses and other educational activities at the national and international level.
